Hardware
The hardware departments job is to build and test different robot parts, such as an active intake or a turret. Also, they build and assemble the robot and other test objects such as a test bench and chassis to test new robot parts.
CAD
Computer-aided design is the practice of using computer software to create and analyze a 3D model of your design. Here at Mechanical Masterminds, we use CAD to design our robot parts before building and sending off 3D custom parts off to our 3D Printer!
